George is the co-owner and general manager of Gaijin. Starting in marketing and moving into financial services, in 2017 George decided to follow his passion for great food and beverages and opened The Coffee Shack in Zurich. After Coffee Shack, George joined forces with Dan and opened Gaijin in Zurich’s Kreis 4, followed by IYKYK in Seefeld.
Dan is the Executive Chef and co-owner of Gaijin. He is one of the ‘San Pellegrino Top 10 Chefs under 30’ in the USA and has worked in Michelin Starred restaurants like Daniel in NYC and Alinea in Chicago. After heading up three very popular restaurants in Zurich as an executive chef, he joined George and opened Gaijin and IYKYK.
